Check the Help Center first
You may be able to resolve the issue immediately by searching the Pelayar Help Center. These guides cover the most common workflows:
- Troubleshoot a stuck or failed task for status, timeout, retry, and cancellation problems.
- Upload files to a request and Supported file types and workflow limits for file errors.
- Add a YouTube video for unavailable, restricted, or non-embeddable links.
- Understand credits and usage for balances, storage, and billing questions.
- Create and manage projects for project access and evidence questions.
Open Contact Us
- Open Contact Us from Pelayar. You must be signed in; if you are not, Pelayar will take you through sign-in first.
- Describe what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Include the page or workflow where the problem occurred.
- For a task, include the conversation, project, or task reference; the approximate start time; and the last visible status or phase.
- For files or media, include the filename or YouTube link, format, size, and the exact error. Do not upload a duplicate while the original task is still running.
- For credits or billing, include the account or company context, the task reference, and whether the amount is an estimate, active charge, completed charge, or expired grant. Review Billing & Credits and Usage and Teams first.
- Tell us what you already tried, including whether Retry, Continue, or Cancel was shown.
