What can Pelayar do?
Pelayar is an AI workspace for analyzing video, researching questions, working with project evidence, and turning findings into useful outputs. Video analysis is a major use case, but you can also search the web, understand files, transcribe media, capture structured data, and create reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and documents.

Start with video analysis
Video analysis is one of the main reasons people use Pelayar. Upload sports footage or add a YouTube link, then ask focused questions in plain language. Pelayar can organize visible observations about technique, tactics, positioning, recurring patterns, players, and events, with timestamps that help you return to the relevant moments.
For example, you can ask Pelayar to identify repeated technical errors, review team spacing and transitions, find examples of a particular play, compare performances, or turn observations into coaching feedback and a training plan.
For focused footage, use Video Analysis or Sports Analysis
Important: When your main goal is detailed analysis of a video, use Pelayar's dedicated Video Analysis or Sports Analysis workflow instead of relying only on general Agent Chat. These focused workflows use a more powerful video-analysis model and purpose-built data gathering, so they are designed to produce more detailed and reliable findings for specific questions about visible footage.
The result still depends on the quality of the video, what is visible, and how clearly the request is defined. Review important findings against the timestamped footage and use human judgment for high-impact decisions.
Research and understand evidence
Pelayar can bring multiple sources into the same project so you can investigate a question without losing context.
- Project files: upload documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, images, and supported media, then ask questions across them or focus the conversation on one specific file.
- Web research: use @web when current information or sources outside your project are needed.
- Evidence-backed reports: ask Pelayar to compare sources, summarize findings, explain disagreements, and cite the supporting project evidence.
- Follow-up analysis: keep refining the same question in Agent Chat instead of starting the investigation again.
Turn findings into useful work
The analysis does not need to end as a chat response. Pelayar can help turn your research and evidence into:
- Reports and concise summaries
- Presentations for teams, clients, or decision-makers
- Spreadsheets and structured tables
- Documents, plans, briefs, and recommendations
- Coaching feedback and training plans based on video findings
You can request the final format at the beginning or ask Pelayar to create it after you have reviewed the findings.
Use focused tools when needed
Pelayar also includes focused workflows for jobs such as transcribing audio or video and capturing structured data from documents, images, spreadsheets, and supporting files. In Agent Chat, type @ to choose an available tool or project file when you want the request to use a particular capability or source.
A typical Pelayar workflow
- Describe the outcome you need in plain language.
- Add the relevant video, YouTube link, project files, or @ tool.
- Explain what Pelayar should prioritize, including the subject, audience, questions, and desired output.
- Send the request. Longer analysis and research tasks can continue in the background.
- Review the citations, timestamps, and source evidence behind important findings.
- Ask follow-up questions or turn the result into a shareable report, presentation, spreadsheet, or document.
Examples of strong requests
- Analyze this tennis match for the player in the blue shirt. Identify recurring backhand errors, include a timestamp for every example, and recommend three drills.
- Compare these project reports, explain where the recommendations disagree, and cite the evidence for each conclusion.
- Research recent developments in this market, combine them with our project files, and create a presentation for the leadership team.
Review important results
Pelayar helps organize and accelerate analysis, but its output should support human judgment rather than replace it. Check important claims against the cited files, web sources, or timestamped footage—especially before making safety, medical, selection, disciplinary, financial, or other high-impact decisions. Clear inputs and specific questions produce stronger results.
